Our Kids First

The Indiana State Family and Social Services Administration is funding an initiative in Howard County titled “Our Kids First”. Through a summer-long series of 90 small, facilitated conversations, we will break bread, listen, and learn what barriers to childcare families face. From this initiative, we will have a true picture of what options the families in our community have and we will share ideas on community-generated solutions to create access to quality childcare options.

We believe to overcome a community problem; we must listen for community solutions. The state is listening. The time is now.
