Community Investment Grant

United Way Grant Applications Open January 2025!

We are thrilled to announce that the application period for our Community Investment Grant, “CIC Grant,” will begin January 2025! This is an incredible opportunity for nonprofits serving Howard and Tipton Counties to receive financial support for programs and projects that aim to make a positive impact in our community.

United Way Serving Howard and Tipton Counties will provide two grant cycles during 2025 to best meet the needs of our local nonprofits and community. The first grant cycle will open in January with agencies being announced in April and the second grant cycle will open during the summer.

What We’re Looking For: We invite applications for programs and/or projects that promote the Mission of United Way.

United Way Mission Statement: United Way Serving Howard and Tipton Counties brings our community together to provide advocacy, service, and giving opportunities to empower all people with health, education, and financial stability.

Grant Details:

·       Funding Amount: Varies based on the scope and needs of the project

·       Eligibility: Open to local non-profits serving Howard and Tipton Counties

·       Application Process:

Letter of Intent: Available beginning January 1 on United Way Serving Howard & Tipton Counties website

Deadline: January 13

Application: Available beginning January 13 on United Way Serving Howard & Tipton Counties website

Deadline: February 3 at 11:59pm

How to Apply: Visit howardandtiptonunitedway.org on or after January 1st to complete your Letter of Intent. The Letter of Intent will request details of your organization and a summary, total cost & requested funding for the program/project. After your Letter of Intent is reviewed, you will be contacted by United Way Director of Community Impact and Engagement, Morgan Quinn, with next steps.
