Dana Neer - President / CEO
Dana is a proud Native Hoosier, having grown up near Nappanee, Indiana. He is married to his wife Joni who is a teacher, and farm girl from Tipton. His daughter Waverly lives in NYC, son Landrum in Denver, Colorado, and son Graysen, who is currently a freshman at IU.
Dana is an avid runner completing over 100,000 lifetime miles, and loves to kayak on any river where he can launch. He founded the Shade House Orphanage and serves on various local boards.
Most of all, Dana desires to honor God with his life and to serve the United Way mission with energy and passion for all people.

Allie Tomlinson- Campaign Director & Director of Communications and Marketing
Allie is a Howard County native and is passionate about our community! As the Campaign Director, Director of Communications and Marketing, and Events Director, Allie oversees all campaign related activities, manages our social media outlets, creates publications and is the “voice” of our United Way in the community.
When Allie is outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Riley, her family and friends. Allie is gracious to God for allowing her the opportunity to live out her passion everyday by serving this community.

Morgan Quinn - Community Impact & Engagement Director
Morgan is a Tipton County native and enjoys serving our community! She holds a Masters Degree in Public & Health Management from IU and a Bachelors in Health & Human Sciences from Purdue University - Boiler Up!
Morgan enjoys spending time with her husband Judson, family, and friends. She also coaches high school tennis and cheerleading at Tipton High School and is active in various community organizations.

Cheryl Graham- Director of Operations, AFL-CIO Labor Activity Director, Tax Preparation Coordinator
Cheryl Graham has served our community in a number of different capacities during her 30 year career at United Way. She has one daughter that grew up at United Way. Currently, Cheryl is the serving as the Director of Operations, Tax Preparation the United Way Coordinator, AFL-CIO Labor Activity Director, Information and Referral Department Director and EFSP Lead Administrator

Debbie Norris-Community Development Officer
Debbie has worked at United Way for twelve years as a Case Manager and Community Development Officer. In addition to providing Information and Referral, and financial assistance to those in need, she is in charge of United Way’s MISSION UNITED program, which serves those that have served our country. Her passion of faith, love of family, and eagerness to serve is what motivates her on a daily basis.

Aricka Walker-Lead Information & Referral Navigator
Aricka lives in Miami County and is committed to helping Howard and Tipton Counties. In order to help the community become more secure and to increase their expertise to withstand any unforeseen hurdle, Aricka provides resources to help clients. Being the light that leads our community to victory is something Aricka loves!
Aricka is originally from Saint Louis, Missouri, and she adores purple and Great White Sharks!
She also enjoys praying with Gregory and Mickael. Most of all she has so much fun spending time with her boyfriend Michael!

Madonna Johnson- Receptionist, I&R Liaison, & Free Tax Prep Lead
Madonna has been a volunteer at the United Way for over 20 years and staffed by the United Way for approximately 10 years. She enjoys spending time outside of the office with her family and her friends that she meets for breakfast on a regular basis.

Andrea Oliver - Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
Born and raised in Clinton County, Andrea is serving as our Receptionist / Administrative staff. She enjoys helping clients navigate the United Way process as well as answering phone calls and e-mails.
She has 2 children, Irish twins Madalynn and Max. When she’s not attending her children’s sporting events you can find her curled watching Disney movies. She attended Vincennes University and received a degree in Business Management from Harrison College.

Ron Thomas- Maintenance
Ron is a Howard County native and has been with the United Way for over 10 years. He is our maintenance man and he lives up to the role as he is constantly helping our staff with updates within the office.
When Ron is not a work, he can be found spending time with is wife, Susan, his two kids, and following his grandchildren’s sporting events.

Dr. Lorelei Walker- Senior Director Our Kids First Initiative/Early Childhood Education Grant (funded by FSSA)
Lorelei grew up in a working town on the foothills of Pennsylvania. Her life’s goal is to empower people with agency. From teaching at-risk youth to being a Union leader, from supporting safe childcare centers to mentoring public health students, she is a catalyst for community resilience.
She and her husband Aaron affectionately call their 9-year-old daughter Adeline their "squiggle bug”. For Lorelei, this work gained true meaning when she entered their lives. Like all children, she brings hope and determination for a better world.
Lorelei is a doctor of the community. She believes that together, together we will be ok.
